Google almost caught up with “by Yandex (by comScore)

Perhaps Russia is not so much Google loses “Yandex“, as we used to think. If you believe the fresh statistics from comScore, then these two companies in December 2009 was quite comparable to the size of the audience of users: 22.7 million and 19.7 million Russians. In the three Russian sites is also Mail.ru with 21,7 million

And this despite the fact that all the counters like LiveInternet consistently represent the percentage of Google within 34%, while the “Yandex” - about 48% (that’s statistics LI). The difference is much more significant. What’s the secret?
